New and refurbishment carpets

Carpets on non-turf cricket pitches are subject to massive wear and tear. In addition to stocking a range of different replacement carpets designed to offer the play and feel demanded by clubs playing at different levels, total-play’s experienced team can offer a full service to professionally install replacement carpets.

Rubber shock pad installation

Whether as part of a totally new pitch or as an addition to an existing non turf facility, the installation of a rubber shock pad can help improve play.

tp1	ECB approved playing surface exclusively used for the tp365 non turf cricket pitch system. Size: 2.74m & 3.65m width by any length. The 3.65m width is also known as a ‘two-tone’ carpet.
tp2	A performance pad for the pitching area only. Size: 2.5m width by any length
tp3	A shock pad for the run-up area only. Size: 4m width by any length
tp4	A sand filled multi-use carpet, used for the run-up areas. Size: 4m width by any length
tp5	A tufted carpet, ideal for junior and local league cricket. As used for our tp5 non-turf pitch installations on both hard and porous bases.
tp800	Wilton woven, logical weave, cross-linked playing surface carpet (not used in a total-play system). Size: 2.74m width by any length
tp6	A great value playing surface carpet for cricket lanes on an existing hard surface.  Size: 2.74m width by any length
tp6 PVC	A non-directional needle punch carpet. The PVC backing makes the carpet non-porous and the additional weight means it can be used on hard surfaces with or without glueing.  Size: 2m width by any length
